David Walker

David is a former founder, advisor, and innovator, with over $1bn of launches and 25 years of experience behind him. He has helped the leadership teams of some of the world's most admired organisations to achieve innovation success.

David held Managing Director and other senior leadership positions at Coca-Cola before co-founding the innovation consultancy Happen in 2007. As CEO, he grew the company to become a global consultancy before securing an acquisition by Accenture in 2019.

David’s first-hand knowledge of the founder scale-up journey makes him a powerful partner, mentor, and advisor to VC Talent Lab clients. David cares deeply about innovation and his superpower is transforming businesses' success rates by reimagining leadership and organisational structures.

When he isn't busy inspiring clients, you might find him experimenting in the kitchen or practising hot yoga at his home in rural France.
