STEP 1
Diagnostics to identify your core challenges, needs and aspirations.
Diagnostics include stakeholder interviews, psychometric assessments and a review of your current business materials and reports.
STEP 2
1.5-day Founder Lab - a custom, face-to-face development offsite.
Specific content of the Lab depends on your unique challenges and aspirations but will typically include work on your vision/goals, leadership skills and blocks, communication mastery, self-mastery and an implementation roadmap.
STEP 3
6 months of monthly coaching and quarterly Lab review sessions to provide accountability and support you as you implement your leadership and company scale roadmap.
