Penny has spent over 25 years as a business psychologist, so she knows what makes people tick. This unique skill, combined with her experience leading and managing large organisations, helps her to affect transformational change as a coach.
As former CEO of OPP Ltd (now the Myers Briggs Company) she oversaw a doubling of profits in three years, then led a successful demerger and sale. Alongside coaching and coach training, Penny designs and delivers bespoke leadership development programs, including as a consultant for Oxford University’s Said Business School.
Penny’s superpower is her deep expertise in management and leadership development, team and resilience building, and facilitating change. These tools help her bring people together to deliver innovative strategies and solutions.
Penny is an Australian based in Oxford. She thrives the most when coaching, but she also loves gardening and dancing the Argentine Tango.
