Vincent Murphy

Vincent has over 20 years of experience as a business developer, certified coach, mentor, and former CEO in the start-up scale-up space. He spent nearly 12 years as Publisher and CEO of Luxos Travel before becoming Global Head of Operations at a mobile tech start-up backed by investors Softbank and Foxconn.

 

Vincent thinks about the big picture alongside the intricate details, a unique perspective which encourages VC Talent Lab clients to investigate their business drivers and operations. His coaching and mentoring style is strategic, analytical, and solution-focused, drawing the optimal qualities from team members and fostering their growth. Natural curiosity is his superpower; he employs this inside and outside the office. This appetite for challenge and experimentation means he consistently tests new ideas to help businesses flourish.

 

Vincent is married with two teenagers, and when he isn’t mentoring between London and Milan, you can often find him tinkering around his place in Asti.
