HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1
Let us know your goals for coaching and we will recommend a coach from our team. You'll then have a chemistry call to ensure the right fit.
STEP 2
Six months of coaching with a specialist VCTalentLab coach. A minimum of two hours of coaching per month with interim WhatsApp, email and phone support.
STEP 3
A review session to discuss progress and embed learning with an option to discuss continuation.
