Francesco Carbone

Francesco is a founder coach with a pre-coaching background as CPO of a fast-growing start-up. He has first-hand experience in growing companies, building teams and managing pressures from investors, customers and peers.   

For eight years, Francesco researched and co-created new ways of working, which led his former company to be one of the best places to work in Germany and Spain (awarded by GreatPlacetoWork). He has vast experience managing, motivating, engaging and aligning teams both remotely and face-to-face.
 

As a Systemic and Somatic Coach, Francesco believes founders deserve the tools to build sustainable lives and business models. He pairs his knowledge of scale-up leadership and management with a focus on founder well-being in his work with VC Talent Lab clients.
