Francesco Carbone

Francesco is a Founder Coach with hands-on executive experience in fast-paced environments such as European Startups or global Impact VCs.

 

As a Systemic and Somatic Coach, he likes to generate depth and room for profound growth with his clients. He is constantly evolving his practice, and for that purpose, he hosts monthly Peer Coaching events.

 

For eight years Francesco researched and co-created new ways of working until he led his former company to become one of Germany’s and Spain’s best employers (awarded by GreatPlacetoWork) two years in a row.

 

Francesco is a certified Hatha and Yin Yoga Teacher, too.  He lives in Barcelona, and when he is not with his dog and wife on a hike, he loves to go on solo trips with his foldable bike.
