Kevin specialises in helping founders develop into executive leaders who can hyperscale their businesses. He brings a deep understanding of leadership and the critical ingredients of scaling, initially seeded by his experience of leading rapid-growth businesses in the corporate world. He is a highly experienced leader and contributed to the global leadership of Hewlett-Packard in a number of senior roles.

 

Kevin spent 17 years as a full-time coach-mentor before co-founding VC Talent Lab in 2020. His motivation was to bring his experience to the founder space and to enable new ventures to better reach their potential. His superpower is seeing what isn’t working in strategy, leadership and teams and capturing this in a succinct & motivating way that people can adopt.

 

Kevin lives in Bristol, which allows him to combine city living with his love of the outdoors and horses.
