Miguel Ortiz

Miguel is the Head of Business Operations at VC Talent Lab. With a wealth of experience and proficiency in multiple languages, Miguel oversees all aspects of our business operations, from contracting and accounts to technology and systems. Having studied in Mexico and trained as a lawyer in Italy, Miguel has spent the past decade in senior operational roles, including serving as Operations Director at ADF UK, a nonprofit focused on human rights, and as Chief of Staff to the President of Groupon.
 

Passionate about unlocking individual and team potential, Miguel nurtures our team and its technology, combining his deep personal empathy with a keen digital curiosity. Fluent in English, Spanish, Italian, Polish, and French, Miguel's linguistic abilities allow him to connect with diverse audiences and bridge communication gaps.
 

Miguel lives in Poland and has recently undertaken a new personal challenge: becoming a dad!
